Article 1: About Us FrenchExam.ie is operated by Nicola Rowan, a qualified French teacher based in Ireland. Contact: lcfrenchworkshop@gmail.com

Article 2: Our Service FrenchExam.ie provides online video lessons for Higher Level Leaving Cert French students. Lessons are pre-recorded and released weekly from September through to May.

Article 3: Pricing Full Year Access (€188 one-time payment), or An 8-month payment plan (8 monthly payments of €24). Both options provide access to the same course content.

Article 4: Payment Payment is processed securely via PayPal or Stripe. Full payment is required before access is granted.

Article 5: Access Upon successful payment, students will receive login details by email. Access runs from September 1st through to the end of the Leaving Cert examinations.

Article 6: Cancellation & Refunds Due to the digital nature of this course, payments are non-refundable once access to the course has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Article 7: Sharing & Misuse Login details are for single user access only. Sharing access with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Article 8: Data Protection Your personal data is collected solely for the purpose of providing this service and will never be shared with third parties. In accordance with GDPR, you may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing lcfrenchworkshop@gmail.com
